I would try commenting it out (or removing it) of AUTOLOG. Reload the TCPIP profile using the OBEY command. Then killing/stopping the LPSERVE task.
With LPSERVE in AUTOLOG, it will restart every 5 minutes (or attempt to). Bruce Jefferies wrote:
