I think you can do this with SWAREQ UNAUTH=YES provided you have addressability to the address space you are interested in. So, you could kick off a SRB to run in the address space of interest, and the SRB could then issue the SWAREQ, with the QMPA address provided via the EPA. At one time the documentation was not real clear about the fact that SWAREQ UNAUTH=YES could be issued in SRB mode – I have not checked to see if it has been improved.
