You can press the "PF1" (F1) key to get a morde detailed explanation of the
message(s) most of the time.

I'm going to assume (yes, I know <g>) that your problem is caused by the
datasets being on a SMS managed volume.  In this case the dataset must be
recataloged back to the original catalog they were in.  Or you are going to
have to use the "delete vvr" command of IDCAMS to delete the datasets.

Search the IBM-MAIN archives as this has been discussed (and cussed) several
times over the last few years.  I'm sure your solution (and understanding)
will be there somewhere.
