In a prior life we did something similar.  We took our procedures that were 
stored in a PDS and wrapped HTML around the members and stored them in a HFS.  
This documentation was available from a z/OS web server.  I think the guy who 
did this used something in SAS to generate the HTML.

        One thing I am considering is setting up a Wiki that our programming 
staff could use for their own documentation purposes, detailing batch jobs, 
workflows, etc.  (For our shop, I am thinking about using a Linux guest under 
z/VM for this purpose, but I haven't had a chance to evaluate it yet.)  
        Anything that lets people see some of the possibilities of z/OS is a 
good thing.
