Thanks. It turns out I was trying to solve the wrong problem. I was
replacing
CTRACE COMP(SYSTCPIP) LOCAL FULL
with
CTRACE COMP(SYSTCPIP) LOCAL FULL -
START(06/14/06,09:54:36.000000) -
STOP(06/14/06,09:54:37.000000)
There was no trace data between those 2 times. Apparently nothing
gets written to IPCSPRNT under those conditions. I was actually
successful but didn't know it.
