Are you running ISGAUDIT?  If so, this can increase the time taken for an
ENQ/DEQ.  Also, are you using RESERVEs?  The SYSIGGV2 should be in the
Exclusion RNL unless you are sharing a catalog outside the sysplex, in
which case you MUST use RESERVE.

The time shown is the time it takes to do the actual events (i.e. ENQ/DEQ).
It is not affected by time that Catalog is processing.  I would strongly
recommend you switch to VLF, as it makes a significant difference.
