The Catalog was created before the IMBED was removed. Any catalog created with IMBED before then would still show it in the listing. If you apply the apar OA10952 and then do the EXPORT/IMPORT the IMBED will no longer be in the listing.
You can consider it an artifact from when the catalog was orginally created.
