Hi, It's both a freebie and a commercial program. The freebie version is available on CBT and will be on the site as well once the beta is over and it doesn't get mixed up with the beta version (we had some issues over the past two weeks with people downloading hte wrong one) but doesn't have IF nesting or ELSE support and a lot of the other really suped-up commands, but is very functional and is running at over 300 sites (that I know of) right now. The commercial version is running at about 75 sites, and there is a beta test currently going on for Version 2 (which is the version that the manual is for).
The license cost of the product is $1,500 and there is a discount for those that are part of the beta test. Thanks for the manual change update, that one got by me completely.
