We have an export job that is failing on CC12 w/ the following errors:

I have searched through google, IBM resource link, and the IBM-Main forum and
could not find any resolution on how to fix this duplicate record.
I ran the IDCAM print command on this UCAT, and I also get the "record out of
sequence" message.
When I ran the examine job it gave me the following error message:

IDC0002I IDCAMS PROCESSING COMPLETE. MAXIMUM CONDITION CODE WAS 4
So, I ran the VERIFY command, then reran the EXAMINE job, and I no longer
receive the above "minor errors found by indextest" .
This problem all started w/ the UCAT not being defined w/ the SHAREOPTION(3,4),
and it is currently being shared on two systems - will look at fixing this
issue, once I get the duplicate record issue resolve. The IBM-Main Archive list
had an entry similar to the problem that I am having, but it had no information
on the resolution. Any help is appreciated.
