Take a look at zPCR (
http://www-03.ibm.com/support/techdocs/atsmastr.nsf/WebIndex/PRS1381 )
As well as being a fine capacity planning tool it contains details of
all the current models

Subject: Models/ranges cross-reference?

Please can anyone point me at some sort of cross-reference table
regarding IBM CPU models vs. class/series ranges?

What I'm looking for is some way to know that a 2086 is a z/90 box, or
that
a 9672-RC6 is not, etc. And what is a 2066? (never heard of that one
before I'd started this latest task...)

(gone are the days when I used to know this kind of stuff - I must be
getting old...)
