Javier,

This can make sense for IDMS. Around IDMS 12 there the level of subtasking
in the CV was change to use many TCB for transaction and database
processing. I forget the subtask names now, but their were two TCB that did
most of the work, as well PGM handling TCB, the number of which was set to
number of online engines plus one. You are probably seeing these TCB waiting
on one another.
