It's not in Init and Tuning it's in System Commands as DumpDs. It sets
up automatic allocation of your Dump Datasets.
'COM' is a parameter which executes the commad that follows.

Subject: DD Definition Question

I found the following in the Commnd00 member and I tried to find it in
the initialization and tinning manual and z/OS MVS commands manual but
couldn't.

Can anyone help out with an explanation of this statement.

  Thanks.
