Yes.  I finally broke down and downloaded/installed it last week.  I 
took over BM maintenance on our lan from someone who left last year.
I  Needed new MQ manauls, which are only in PDF (at least that was 
all I could find), so I installed them with library manager and was 
able to see them in the softcopy reader. 

<side note> 
Much better now than the last time I looked it several years ago. I
think I still prefer the old library reader, but there are some nice
things about the "new" reader. I am trying to give it a fair shot since
it's human nature to prefer the things you're most familiar with.

Did you define the directory in your "user defined directories" where
the PDF and extended shelf files exist?
