I do not understand the differences between your IOCDS and IODF. Could
you build the IOCP input data set (HCD 2.3) for the 2064-215 in question
and resubmit the pertinent parts?
Otherwise in reviewing just the aspects of device 398 it appears the
following should be MODEL=X:
TUBE380 IODEVICE UNIT=3278,ADDRESS=(380,25),MODEL=2,
CUNUMBR=(D381)
Or based on the following your missing the CNTLUNIT that coincides with
CUNUMBR=(0380):
TUBE388 IODEVICE UNIT=3270,ADDRESS=(388,19),MODEL=X,STADET=N,
FEATURE=(DOCHAR,EBKY3277,KB78KEY),CUNUMBR=(0380)
The DEVMAP for 398 looks good to me.
