I knew it had to be someplace but I was looking in the ABC's books and
didn't see it there.  I found it in the redbook you mentioned.

You can dump it to a tape or disk, and restore to a different name. 
It's in the HFS Usage Guide Redbook. If you have the right software
level, you can just copy it from one to the other.
Then you can create a new BPXPRMXX member, and refer to it in IEASYS,
and go for it.
