I believe that is stored in the pcswin.ini file. On my PC, it is in the c:\documents and settings\myid\application data\ibm\personal communications folder.
I had a similar problem because our PC department decided to update everyone's PCOMM settings every logon with what they thought we should be using. I ended up deleting their script and my problems with PCOMM stopped. -----Original Message----- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Patrick O'Keefe Sent: Thursday, July 13, 2006 2:50 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Losing PComm fonts Sort of off topic, but the only thing I do with PComm is access MVS so it's almost on topic. I use PComm 5.5 to access our mainframes from a Windoze/XP workstation. I have a lot of .WS files. I prefer to use a particular fixed font - same one for all of my instances of PComm. Lately PCom has been losing this font info, reverting to variable font and a very small window size. This happened at my previous shop, too, but I had not happened for almost two years at my current shop. Now it happens almost every time I bring up an instance of PComm. Does this sound familiar to anyoe? Is there an easy fix? Apparently the font info is not stored in the .WS file; setting the correct size and saving the file does not fix the problem.
