There was a discussion about this earlier this year.
Basically, the COBOL docs were changed to point to the
Unicode docs, the Unicode docs were changed to point to
the Commands library, and the Commands library changed
to point to the Unicode docs.!
It will be fixed in 1.8; in the meantime, go to the
ibm pubs site and find the docs from 1.6 or earlier;
there I think it's in the Unicode doc but not the
command doc; but it could be the other way around...
I'm so confused I'm going to have go and lay down now.
