Google "Network Sniffer" and peruse from there.  You'll need to zero
in on one with the features you want.  One freebe I noticed is Angst
on sourceforge.net (http://angst.sourceforge.net/) although it seems
to only be available for BSD/Linux.  (You might try to port it to 
USS, if you're feeling industrious.)
