Installation of APAR PK16765 will update the support for SEARCH
ALL statements in the Enterprise COBOL V3R4 compiler. The
run-time behavior of the SEARCH ALL statement will change, to
correct a number of errors in the processing in cases where the
search argument is longer than the table keys, or where the
search argument is a signed numeric item and the table key is an
     unsigned numeric item.
