I believe that the ++HOLD books are very valuable.  However, the process 
used to build the book is apparently completely manual, as Bill has 
correctly pointed out the ++HOLD books do not include the ++HOLD 
REASON(DOC) for LE APAR PK15432.

I suspect that the Enterprise COBOL ++HOLD is out of scope for the ++HOLD 
books because Enterprise COBOL is not a component of the z/OS package.  
That fact, however, does not explain the omission of the important LE holds 
that Bill talks about here.
