Up there is probably Delaware.. the Credit card company(s) all seem

Just a WAG, but I'd put NYC first on such a list ("Wall Street", et
al).
No clue where or in what order the rest of the list would contain.
Nowadays, one possible reason for entities to conceal such information
is that "large" data centers might make inviting targets for
terrorists.
