Dean, I believe that all country codes that are supported by iconv are
supported by the SBDATACONN parameter for the FTP.DATA
<ftp://ftp.DATA>paramaters.  If not then the source for a Spanish code
page exists in
TCPIP.SEZATCPX(ESPANISH) and you can run it through the CONVXLAT utility to
make that available.
