non-English text (UTF-16) for lab data:
We are looking to create some more international data,
with company and people names in Japanese, Chinese,
and European languages as well as English. We like to
use names that are a little silly or surprising or
nonsense-ical, just to make it a little more interesting.
In our made up list of customers we find these companies:
Phoney Balones and Other Stuff
Funny Bones
Random Cats
Fake Façades
Engulf and Devour (Credit to "Silent Movie" see
http://imdb.com/title/tt0075222/trivia)
Suethem, Grabbit, and Runne (from an "12 days of Xmas" spoof story.
The original was set in the 1890s and was 12 "Thank You" letters from
the woman who's lover was sending her the gifts. The updated version
was set in the 1990s and this was the name of the Law Firm that sent
the 12th Letter [A cease and desist letter saying that she was suing
him due to going nuts from the gifts]. Anyone who wants copies of the
letters [which I set formatted to look real and are in PDF Format],
email me off-list).
