This comment was apparently updated in SP5.1.0 to remove the parenthetical expression "(OS/VS2)" which I'm guessing was correct (i.e, within OS/VS2, it was the case that this field contained the address of this TCB if key zero; that was before my time). It should have been updated to remove the entire "OR" phrase. We'll do that in a future release. While we're at it, we'll remove the word "first". It is the address of the jobstep TCB for *this* TCB. It is not the address of the first jobstep TCB in the address space (unless this task is the RCT), or necessarily the first jobstep TCB of the initiated/started job.
