The same thing happened with a Veteran's Administration PC recently. It's 
rather alarming that these things just go missing.

I had a telemarketing caller get ill with me last night because I wouldn't 
give him information over the phone. I asked for a packet and he got 
huffy. Sorry, but like the old song by Buffalo Springfield, "paranoia 
strikes deep, into your life it will creep...."
