I was recently digging around on this subject. In addition to some more current threads on this list and GSF-SOFTs Document (Thank you sirs it was JUST what I needed) I found a Google cache of a post by Donald Burton Williams from Tue, 23 Mar 1999. The thread was desperately seeking a particular IBM "Manual" GC23-0128. I showed GSF's document to a coworker, with a little blab about the manual post. He went home, that night, ordered same and got it. The was no copyright notice or imprint. However,the "Manual" was a one page Specification sheet dated Oct. 1983 with zero useful information. This issue may have been put to rest (by someone with a copy)further down the thread.
