Where does one find this ZDEFAULT to modify it?  I'm unable to locate
it.
If it is a sysprog only module then I guess I'm outta luck.

Well... I forgot that doing the above does nothing for CAPS. :-(  It
only matters for new members. But ZDEFAULT is still a good idea
for other ISPF settings.
