Be careful what you wish for. That BMC thingie you're referring to
(Autocust) does in fact use ordinary ISPF file tailoring, but it is
embedded in an almost insane maze of clist, rexx and ispf gooberware. It
got that way from years of well intentioned meddling by folks without
the knowledge or time to do it right.

It has so very many ways to astonish and (ahem) "delight" you. If you
like it, you just haven't used it enough :-) 

My friend Bill Blair has been busting his butt for months to beat it
into shape. He is still scratching his head over it and he's one of the
smartest guys I have ever met.
