Ken, You need to send the header string Reply-To: in your message header. I.e.: Reply-To: "Technical Support" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I believe it is up to the mail client to use or offer to use this address in place of the From: address. I have not found a reference to Reply-To in the SMTP RFC.
