Thanks James, I'll read that over the weekend (what fun). You're quite right, my knowledge of Malts is less than impressive (I stopped drinking 10 years ago). I thought Glenmorangie WAS extremely peaty. My favorite tipple back in the day was Black Bush from N.Ireland.
I wouldn't say my RMF knowledge is even that hot as I know what it's telling me (in pretty good detail), I just can't seem to get it to show me what I need to see. Example, RMFIII is fine, I can sort out any day-to-day performance problem that comes along. But in the past, PP/MonitorI and spreadsheet reporter were already setup. So where do i start trend analysis? Now I've got to set them up from scratch, i'm struggling.
