Well, something has changed. Although they appear to be identical, when I
first downloaded A2278324 it was less than 12M in size. The one I
downloaded this morning is more than 14M.

I was able to logon to Resourcelink just fine. I downloaded the PoOps book
referenced there. It's nothing new. The edition notice says "Fifth Edition
(September 2005)".
Right. I think Resourcelink screwed up in announcing an old
doc as new. Maybe the logon process for that link has been
fixed, but since it's old news, I won't follow it. Thanks
