Have just installed WD4z RSE, ICU and JES Job Monitor under z/OS
1.7. Have a couple of our Product Support people playing around with the
product and certain parts of the product (such as JES Job Monitor) seem to
be doing the right thing. However, when they attempt to use the other
options (such as TSO Commands, MVS files), the client accepts the request
but then just sits there happily doing nothing.
Not seeing any error messages appear on the SYSLOG but when I look
in /etc/log, I see the following:

Documentation (useful) for WD4z is scarce. Has anyone seen this before and
able to shed some light on what may be wrong?
