Cough ... splutter ... The last time I received (sorry, obtained) an order on physical media was a couple of years ago on a 2400' tape (yep, round thing in a canister). Still have it as a "trophy". Definitely a miskey event. Online ordering/download has to be the way to go these days. When IBM gets finally their systems in some semblance of co-ordination, maybe we (in PacBasin) can even order new product and ServerPacs that way. Radical concept ...
