Anyone knows why a IEFBR14 job use 92MB region size and paging.

What was in the JCL for that step? Were you allocating a new data set, or deleting an old one? That will require work by allocation, and security checking, among other things. IEFBR14, itself, would not require much region size or processing time, but usually folks use IEFBR14 to accomplish some kind of allocation function.

For the security checking, if you use RACF, how many generic profiles exist for the data set high-level qualifiers (HLQs) involved in that JCL? How many data sets did you process? How many different HLQs did they have?
