We haven't install the EXIt IEFUSI, as you know it is too risk if you want
dynamic change the REGION SIZE. Actually, I don't think the IEFUSI  will
work in this case becuase it allocates the 60MB region size before the
job step start....

Check IEFUSI, it can change the regionsize.
