To those who know how PCOMM works

Does PCOMM use the specific model device type codes if suitable dimensions
are defined and IBM-DYNAMIC otherwise, that is IBM-DYNAMIC is forced when
dimensions incompatible with a specific model are specified? This would be a
reason IBM-DYNAMIC needed to be specified if the dimensions of a specific
model happened to be specified.

Even if the specific model device type codes are presented to the CS IP
TN3270 server during TELNET negotiation, the TELNETDEVICE statements can map
them to a mode table entry such as D4C32XX3 which specifies the "unspecified
screen size BIND", the one characterised by the X'03' in the penultimate
byte of the PSERVIC operand.
