Defined the volumes to CSLFGRP2 but same messages. Even did a reactivate.

Verify that the volume is in CONVERT status in ISMF or the vtoc
(IEHLIST)
shows that
it is a SMS managed volume. QF just indicates that the volser is
defined to
SMS.
