Hi all, one of my customers wants to replace his 9672 G5 by a z800. He is running zOS 1.5. I will install the PSP ptfs for the z800 before. Are there any other pitfalls regarding 31Bit to 64Bit or should everything work 1:1 with the current configuration. Additionally to the zOS he runs a DB2 V7 SAP database.
Later on we will migrate to zOS 1.8, but this is another issue. First of all we only want to replace the hardware. Any hints are welcome.
