Charles,

What I am considering is a RACF report written in REXX against the
IRRDBU00 unload dataset. I use XMITIP to do z/OS based email. Now, if I
could easily correlate the RACF userid with an email address, I could
use that REXX program to create an email "warning" which would then
invoke XMITIP to send the email.
