Hi Everyone, Has anyone tried this before?
I have a little java app that connects to our Sybase ASE server and works just fine from a PC. I uploaded it to our mainframe's Unix subsystem and it seems to contact the server, but it can't login. (I get a different message when Sybase is shutdown) If anyone has run into any strange behaviour from jdbc for Sybase or any other RDBMS from a mainframe, please let me know. I can supply all the technical details if anyone finds this thread interesting and wants to help.
