Well, it seems to be quite easy, let me describe it.
Assumption: LP1 is MVS, LP2 is CF - obviously ICP is used for
connections MVS-CF (not MVS-MVS).
Simply add chpid with any arbitrary number, type ICP, let it be
DEDicated to LP1. Then add the second one, DEDicate it LP2.
Then you have to connect them together. AFAIK the action character is 'F'.
