Turns out I hastily overlooked GLOBAL in the auditor's original
question. When I displayed the GLOBAL DATASET table, I saw
SYS1.BRODCAST explicitly listed with UPDATE, and a last-changed date of
87270 (that's September, 1987, or 19 years ago). Now I wonder why the
auditor thinks it was changed....
