I just got the same question last week. People have been dealing with
the DST change in some form or fashion for a long time. Provided the
(OS) platform correctly handles the time shift, the only things that are
likely to be impacted are things that have some knowledge of the dates
when DST changes were supposed to occur. Off the bat I can't think of
any, but I would probably go look at things like job schedulers etc.
