Not really true: a page frame is defined by the hardware: it is at least
so since the 370 architecture (I am not sure about the 360 architecture).

The only "PAGING" 360 was, IIRC, the Model 67. If my "little grey cells"
aren't failing me, the page size was 4K. In the early days of Virtual
Storage, the VS/1 system used a 2K page; I don't know what it is now.
VM, and its father CP67, used 4K right from the outset.
