Well, how things can change. We've had an RFP for a fair amount of training that includes some intro IMS topics. Our IMS author / instructor doesn't have what's been asked for, and, besides, his materials are not designed to be used by anyone else.
So I wanted to see if anyone here can connect me with an IMS instructor for: "an IMS Concepts and Facilities and IMS Database Admin (intro only, not super detailed)" course. Must have materials and be willing to license those materials after one teaching. [I know there is an IMS list, but I'm not suscribed so I thought I'd check with the ibm-main community first.] If you are interested, or know of someone who might be interested, please drop me a line off-list.
