4K physical and logical. Like VSAM LINEAR. Or a PAGESPACE.

<rant>I sure wish that DFSMSdfp would support FBA. Or, even better,
direct connection to a SAN via FCP the way that z/Linux can, perhaps as
emulated FBA.</rant>
