The REJECT PURGE command does exactly what you want... removes PTFs from
the global zone that have already been accepted, without affecting the
target or dlib zone, or the apply/accept state of those PTFs. You can
read the details in the SMP/E Commands book.
Also, as already suggested by others, in the future you can use the
ZONEGROUP operand on the RECEIVE command (or the related RECZGRP
subentry in the OPTIONS entry) to prevent receiving PTFs that have
already been accepted and then purged. Again, you can read the details
in the SMP/E Commands book.
