Just in case anybody is interested. I got a small, do-nothing, example
of some AJAX code from a Linux magazine. I then created the test HTML
files on my z/OS 1.6 system in the HTTPD (the free one) subdirectory. It
worked. So, if anybody asks, then you can tell them that AJAX will work
with the free HTTPD server on z/OS 1.6. Others can test on other
releases, but I'd guess that they'd work also.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled topics.
