At D/R or Cold site still could need ICKDSF/DSS tape to get you going the first time. Even duplex the DOC CD's from all the vendors in the offsite tape turtle(s). Had one problem, where the D/R provider's PC's were pretty back level and the installed Book Manager wouldn't read the very current CD's and level of Reader wouldn't read the .pdf files. No Internet connectivity inside the wall.
