Yes there is. There is an APAR out that has to do with the CISIZE of the
HSM CDS.
It seems that under a "new" format 99 the amount of data needed to
record the 
99 volumes will generate a logical record that exceed the CISIZE of
(IIRC), the 
HSM OCDS. 

There are 2 solutions.
1) Limit stacking to (again IIRC) 97 or less
2) Recreate the CDS with a larger CISIZE. 

If option 2 is chosen, the 99 is fine..

We chose the easy way out and reduced the stack to 95...
